Felicity has over 20 years’ experience in business transformation and optimisation, acquisitions, divestments and demergers as well as process improvement and systems implementation. Throughout her career, Felicity has consistently optimised operational performance and delivered exceptional results in complex business environments.
In addition to her role as Director of Finance, Felicity is a Director on the Board of SMEC Australia, where she contributes her expertise to the organisation’s overall strategic direction and decision-making processes.
